Mr. Dowd is President & CFO of Mythos Solar Energy, Inc, the distributed, renewable energy monitoring software leader, engaged in selling solar / hybrid powered wireless, IP networked surveillance systems to governments and commercial integrators worldwide. He has over 20 years experience in financial and asset management in senior management roles such as VP, Paine Webber; Principal, La Jolla Capital; and President & CFO, DBK-Pinnacle, Inc., which merged to become US EURO Securities, Inc. in 2003. Mr. Dowd holds a B.A. from UCLA and NASD Series 3, 4, 7, 22, 24, 27, 63 & 65 licenses, CFA Level I Candidate, with expertise in equities trading, currency and commodity hedging strategies. Mr. Dowd is the designer, principal architect and co-patent holder of IRPS™, Mythos Solar’s patent pending Intelligent Remote Power Solution for governments worldwide. |

Mr. Rowley is Vice President Emeritus of Advanced Engineering for Conversion Technologies International. Eric has held many management level positions with this company over the last fifteen years. Conversion Technologies is a roll good converter located in northwest Ohio. Eric was formerly a board member for Invest America and an advisor to Investment Brokers of America. Eric held the Director of Marketing position with Income Builders International, developer of the Super Learning and Super Teaching concepts. Eric has attended Ohio University, The American College, Tri-State College, as well as the Northwest Technical College. Eric is the co-inventor of the Truman Nanoscope, a very powerful optical microscope. |
Paul Horst

Mr. Horst is a retired entrepreneur, currently mentoring emerging technology firms. He was the founder and CEO of Nematron Corporation, an industrial computer firm that pioneered video display based operator interfaces for factory floor aplications. After Nematron was taken public, Mr. Horst retired to participate with his family in the Expo '98 Round the World Rally, aboard their family sailboat. Subsequently, he was recruited to manage DTE Energy Technologies, a wholly owned startup subsidiary of DTE Energy in Detroit. During Mr. Horst's tenure as president of DTE Energy Technologies, the firm grew to $40M in revenues from alternative energy products including fuel cells, Stirling engines, mini-turbines and other forms of distributed generation. Mr. Horst has served as a director on the boards of several public and privately held firms, and holds a B.S.E. (ChE) and M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. |

Mr. Strenski is an Application and Systems Analyst for Cray Inc. He has over 20 years experience in the areas of parallel computing, numerical consistency, and genomic data searching algorithms and holds a patent on a meshing algorithm for threaded fasteners. He is an avid solar advocate and helps design, install, and raise funds for local demonstration projects. Prior to Cray, Dave held technical positions at Silicon Graphics, Inc. and Supercomputer Systems, Inc. Dave holds degrees in Land Surveying, Civil and Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. |
